# Project positions

### **Content Writer (Web3 / Crypto / Tech Culture):**

We’re looking for a Content Writer who can help us shape and maintain a consistent narrative across all of our public communication channels. This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of tech, culture, and community — someone who understands the pace and tone of the Web3 world and knows how to translate complex developments into clear, engaging, and relevant content.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the information landscape (crypto news cycles, internal updates, product development, ecosystem events) and create original, platform-appropriate content. At a minimum, we expect one high-quality post every four days per platform — this rhythm helps us stay present and relevant without spamming or diluting the message.

You’ll be working across the following platforms:

Twitter (X) — real-time commentary, updates, cultural references, light technical summaries, occasional memes.

Telegram Channel — more structured and informative posts for our direct community, including project updates and curated content from trusted sources.

Mirror / Medium — longer-form pieces such as ecosystem reflections, project explainers, postmortems, investment recaps, event summaries, or philosophical takes on decentralized tech and culture.

Instagram — more visual content: behind-the-scenes glimpses, IRL event photos, culture snapshots, infographics, and experimental formats.

What kind of content will you create?

We’re not chasing hype or vanity metrics. We care about depth, voice, and presence. Your content can include:

* Thoughtful takes on current events in crypto, blockchain, and adjacent tech ecosystems (AI, digital identity, infrastructure).
* Project-related updates: product launches, partnerships, governance participation, internal milestones, etc.
* Event coverage: announcements or reflections about where we’ve been (e.g. Token2049, ETHCC, hackathons), where we are now, and where we’re going.
* Occasional memes and cultural commentary — humor is welcome, as long as it aligns with our tone and doesn’t feel forced.
* Snapshots of real-life activity: team offsites, founder dinners, community meetups, builder moments — anything that helps make the project feel alive and grounded.

We're not looking for "just another Web3 content feed." We want to develop a voice that feels intentional, curious, and human — even when talking about infrastructure or protocol design. You're free to propose new formats, initiate thematic series, or experiment with style — as long as the content adds value and aligns with our positioning.

Team & Workflow:

At the beginning, our team will help you get onboarded — you’ll be added to internal work chats, get access to the content calendar, current style references, asset folders, and tools we use for content planning. You won’t be left to “just figure it out.” Collaboration is async, but we stay in touch through regular check-ins, idea threads, and shared documents.

As our communication strategy evolves, we’ll be rolling out new platforms, experimental publishing formats, and content initiatives — including private newsletters, research series, or community-led interviews. You’ll have the opportunity to take on these responsibilities for additional compensation, depending on your bandwidth and interest.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to be a full-stack Web3 expert from day one — but you do need to be a fast learner, a clear thinker, and a strong communicator who can adapt your tone depending on the platform and audience. Ideally, you already follow the crypto space, understand its rhythms, and can distinguish signal from noise.

You should be able to:

* Digest complex topics quickly and communicate them in accessible language
* Work independently and take initiative when it comes to idea generation
* Write clearly, consistently, and on time
* Stay up to date with the crypto ecosystem and its cultural pulse
* Maintain professionalism while being creative and even a little playful when the moment calls for it

Compensation:

Salary is discussed individually and depends on your level of experience, involvement, quality of work, and the number of platforms you will manage. We offer a flexible collaboration format — this can be part-time or full-time, as well as work based on a fixed rate or per project. The recommended range is from $3,500 to $6,000+ per month, depending on experience and workload. Additional bonuses are available for special formats such as long-form articles, interviews, authored columns, or managing new platforms. Performance-based payments and quarterly bonuses are also possible. The work is fully remote, with a flexible schedule and asynchronous communication. If desired, you will have the opportunity to attend offline events and conferences on behalf of the project — all travel, accommodation, and participation expenses will be covered by us.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $6,000 is not the final amount!**

### **Community Specialist (Web3 / Tech):**

We are looking for a Community Specialist to help us strengthen, unify, and grow our global community. This role is central to shaping how people experience and engage with the project — not just through content and announcements, but through real, ongoing interaction, participation, and shared ownership.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and improve the existing community infrastructure, while working toward the longer-term goal of unifying our fragmented channels and audiences into a more cohesive and aligned community space. That means understanding the dynamics of each platform we use — from Telegram and Discord to Twitter, Instagram, and Mirror — and gradually helping to bring those conversations together around a shared identity and purpose.

You will be expected to monitor and engage in real-time conversations, surface community feedback, moderate discussions when necessary, and work to build a space that feels active, safe, and collaborative. Whether it’s answering questions, initiating relevant discussions, helping new members onboard, or curating user-generated content — your goal is to keep the pulse of the community alive and strong.

But this is not a passive role. You will also have the opportunity — and the expectation — to propose your own ideas for how to grow, activate, and evolve the community. Whether it's through campaigns, IRL meetups, on-chain engagement strategies, collaborations with other ecosystems, or experimental formats — we encourage creativity and initiative.

From day one, you’ll work closely with our content creators, designers, and other team members who will help you get integrated, add you to internal chats, and provide the resources you need to succeed. While you’ll be given guidance, this is also a role where we value independence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

You do not need to be deeply technical, but you should be familiar with the culture of crypto, Web3, and/or tech-driven communities. If you know how to read the tone of a conversation, spot early signs of community trends, and build trust with contributors and participants — you’ll thrive here.

Key Focus Areas:

– Day-to-day community support and interaction\
– Platform unification and audience alignment\
– Member onboarding and engagement\
– Campaign ideation and execution\
– Feedback loops and community insights\
– Collaborating with content and product teams\
– Maintaining a strong and consistent brand tone across all channels

Compensation is discussed individually and depends on your experience, level of responsibility, and involvement in the community's development. For junior-level candidates who are just entering the Web3 or community space but show strong communication skills and a willingness to grow, the estimated range is between $2,500 and $5,500 per month. For more experienced candidates with a proven track record in community building, cross-platform engagement, or campaign execution, the range can go up to $8,000 per month or higher, depending on scope and contribution. In both cases, there is room for performance-based bonuses, including compensation for successful initiatives, platform growth, or high-impact collaborations. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours and async workflows. You may also be invited to represent the project at IRL events, hackathons, or conferences — all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $8,000 is not the final amount!**

### **Marketing Specialist (Web3 / Emerging Tech):**

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and refine how the project is positioned, communicated, and promoted across key channels and industry environments. This is a hybrid role focused both on execution and strategy — ideal for someone who understands the pulse of the Web3 ecosystem and knows how to translate vision into presence.

Your main responsibilities will include promoting the project at events, optimizing our marketing strategy, and managing or advising on the advertising budget. You will help identify where we need to be seen — from major crypto conferences like Token2049 or ETHGlobal, to ecosystem-specific summits, technical communities, and online platforms — and coordinate efforts to make our presence meaningful, not just visible.

You will work closely with our internal content creators, ecosystem collaborators, and researchers. In the early stages, the team will help you get familiar with the project, connect you with key communication channels, and integrate you into the work chat. Once you’re onboarded, you’ll be expected to contribute independently — not just with execution, but with insights, suggestions, and ideas on how we grow and position ourselves in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Your role will include continuously iterating on marketing direction, testing new approaches to messaging and distribution, and aligning marketing activities with broader team goals — including investment, product, and community-building initiatives.

You don’t need to write code or manage technical documentation, but it’s important that you are comfortable navigating Web3-native spaces, familiar with the pace and tone of crypto culture, and able to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll also be encouraged to attend key industry events, meet partners and collaborators in person, and represent the project when appropriate — with all travel expenses covered by the team.

Budget:

In addition to strategic planning and community-facing initiatives, you will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget — this includes identifying the most relevant platforms or event placements, negotiating with service providers, assessing the ROI of ad campaigns or paid partnerships, and proposing adjustments to the budget as needed. While you won’t be expected to handle accounting directly, you should be confident in allocating spend across campaigns, justifying expenses, and working transparently with the team to make sure marketing efforts are cost-effective and aligned with our broader goals. You’ll have the freedom to test new formats or placements, as long as they serve a clear purpose and fit within the agreed-upon framework. Budget size varies depending on project stage, but we encourage a data-informed, lean, and experiment-driven approach to all spending

Compensation:

Salary is discussed individually and tailored to your level of experience and involvement. For junior-level marketers with limited campaign ownership but strong execution skills, compensation generally starts around $7,500 – $10,500/month. For senior candidates with strategic experience, budget control, and direct results in growth or positioning, compensation can go up to $15,000/month or more, depending on scope. Performance bonuses and event-related incentives are also available. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours and asynchronous communication.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $15,000 is not the final amount!**

### **Business Developer:**

Your primary responsibility as a Business Developer will be to develop, implement, and continuously optimize strategies that drive growth, expand our ecosystem, and strengthen our position in the Web3 and decentralized technology sectors. You will be a key player in identifying market opportunities, building valuable partnerships, and translating complex technical advancements into scalable business models that align with our vision.

The core of your role involves deep market research and analysis to understand current trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. This requires you to maintain a strong pulse on the Web3 ecosystem, including protocols, startups, DAOs, and infrastructure projects, as well as adjacent fields like AI, AR/VR, and frontier computing.

You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams — particularly technical researchers who work on product improvements and innovation, and marketing specialists who help promote our platform and portfolio projects. During your first weeks, the marketing team will provide onboarding support, helping you understand the brand, positioning, and ongoing campaigns, so you can effectively communicate value propositions to partners and clients.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

* Conducting comprehensive competitive and market analyses to identify white space opportunities and emerging threats
* Developing tailored go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and partnerships, aligning them with overall business objectives
* Building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders such as startups, DAOs, venture funds, accelerators, and industry influencers
* Preparing partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that clearly articulate benefits and synergies
* Leading negotiations and coordinating deal structures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic goals
* Monitoring performance metrics for growth initiatives, analyzing data to optimize approaches and report results to senior management
* Representing the company at conferences, networking events, and industry forums to increase visibility and forge new connections
* Supporting fundraising and investor relations by providing strategic insights on partnership opportunities and market positioning

A critical aspect of your role will be the ability to translate highly technical concepts into business language that resonates with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to investors and corporate partners. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

While this role does not require hands-on technical development, a solid understanding of blockchain protocols, tokenomics, decentralized governance, and the broader Web3 landscape is essential. Experience with project management tools and CRM systems will be advantageous.

The position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while encouraging regular virtual collaboration. Occasional travel will be expected for participation in key industry events such as Token2049, ETHGlobal, or similar conferences, with expenses covered by the company.

We value initiative, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit. As you grow with us, you will have opportunities to contribute to broader company strategy, lead complex projects, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized technology investments.

Compensation is competitive and will be discussed individually based on experience and demonstrated results. Bonuses and other performance-based incentives are available, reflecting your contribution to successful partnerships and platform growth.

### **Moderator:**

As a Moderator, your core responsibilities will include overseeing and maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment across all of our communication platforms. You will be responsible for reviewing posts, messages, and comments to ensure they do not contain prohibited content, spam, or violate community guidelines. This includes monitoring our Telegram chats, Discord servers, Instagram comments, and other active social media channels. You’ll also support the content team by checking scheduled posts before publication, flagging anything that could be considered misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

In addition to content moderation, you will handle basic communication workflows such as processing incoming emails and direct messages, managing user inquiries, and reviewing and accepting applications for community events, closed discussions, or early-access programs. You’ll also assist in maintaining proper documentation and tracking of reports or rule violations, helping us continually improve internal processes for user safety and engagement.

A key part of this role is community-facing: you'll actively participate in chats, answer basic questions, enforce rules fairly, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. You are the first point of contact for many users and play an essential role in shaping their experience with the project.

At the beginning, you will be supported by experienced team members who will help you understand the communication guidelines, internal tools, and overall workflow. You’ll be added to our work chats, where collaboration and real-time assistance will always be available to you. As you become more comfortable in the role, you’ll be able to operate more independently while still being a key part of the broader communications and community teams.

This is a remote position with flexible hours depending on your availability and time zone coverage. Ideal candidates are attentive, responsible, and have a good feel for tone and community dynamics. Prior moderation experience is a plus but not required — what’s more important is your ability to stay calm under pressure and act in the project’s best interest.

We offer a competitive monthly salary depending on your experience, role intensity (part-time vs full-time), and region.

* Junior / part-time moderators: $1500–$2,200/month
* Experienced / full-time moderators: $2,200–$3,450/month\
For freelance or hourly-based collaborations, payment terms can be discussed individually based on workload and availability.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $3,450 is not the final amount!**
