As a Brand Ambassador, your role is to organically represent our mission, values, and vision within the Web3 ecosystem — not through hard selling or promotion, but by authentically living and engaging with the space. What You’ll Actually Do: As an ambassador, you won’t be advertising a product. Instead, you’ll use our tools and platforms in real-life contexts — whether it’s participating in governance discussions, contributing to ecosystem projects, interacting in DAOs, or exploring early-stage protocols that align with our vision. You may occasionally mention our brand in relevant settings — not because it’s required, but because it’s a natural part of your journey in Web3. We’re not looking for influencers. We’re looking for active community participants who already live in the ecosystem and understand its nuance — people who represent credibility, not hype. You’ll be a point of contact for other builders, researchers, founders, or curious newcomers who want to understand what Nexus Ventures is and why we exist. You might answer questions, share insights, connect us with interesting teams, or simply help represent us at meetups, hackathons, or local events. What This Is *Not* This is not a shill campaign. We don’t expect (or want) daily posts, copy-paste marketing messages, or aggressive promotion. You’ll never be required to spam Telegram chats or fake engagement on Twitter. Our approach is low-noise, high-signal — and we expect the same from you. Community, Celebrations, and Real-Life Perks If you’re active and involved, you’ll have the opportunity to join us for in-person gatherings, industry events, team retreats, and private celebrations. Whether it’s joining our delegation at Token2049, catching up at ETHCC, or participating in low-key meetups in Berlin or Lisbon, we’ll cover expenses and make sure you're part of the experience — if you have the time and desire to join. We also occasionally host private dinners, off-the-record roundtables, and working groups with founders, researchers, and public sector leaders — and you’ll be invited when it makes sense. What We Look For We value people who are: * Deeply embedded in Web3, DeFi, crypto research, governance, or infrastructure communities. * Independent thinkers with strong ethical foundations and long-term views. * Excellent communicators in both digital and IRL spaces — not just loud voices, but thoughtful ones. * Already doing meaningful work in the space — whether technical, community-driven, or strategic. Prior ambassador or community experience is welcome but not required. Compensation & Commitment This is a flexible, part-time role — ideal for someone already active in Web3. Compensation varies based on your level of involvement and contribution. It may include monthly stipends, travel expense coverage, merch, exclusive access, and performance-based bonuses. In some cases, we may also offer retroactive rewards or token-based incentives tied to specific outcomes or initiatives. There’s no fixed schedule or set of KPIs — we work with people we trust, and we give them space to be creative and self-directed. This is not a standard ambassador or influencer position — we are not looking for someone to simply "promote" our brand. Instead, we’re looking for a respected voice with an independent reputation, someone whose involvement in the space carries weight and whose opinions are rooted in experience, not hype. The core idea is not direct advertising, but rather building a natural association between your public presence and our project. You’ll use the product as part of your regular activities in the ecosystem, mention it when relevant, and engage in conversations that authentically reflect your experience and alignment with our values. We care about meaningful, context-driven exposure — not scheduled promotions or scripted posts. We are open to working with KOLs from various parts of the Web3 ecosystem — developers, researchers, DeFi strategists, NFT creators, analysts, governance contributors, and others who influence the direction of the industry. It’s not just about audience size; what matters most is the depth of your engagement, the trust you’ve built, and the quality of the conversations you lead. The collaboration format is highly flexible. It can include public association with the brand, shared content initiatives, presence at events, participation in panels or discussions, or organic integration into your existing formats — whether that’s Twitter threads, YouTube content, podcasts, newsletters, blogs, or in-person meetups. We don’t dictate tone or frequency. We value trust, authenticity, and mutual respect above metrics or scripted deliverables. If you’re attending major industry events and conferences such as Token2049, ETHGlobal, Devcon, DAO-focused summits, or regional gatherings, we can support you as an official delegate of the project. This includes covering travel, accommodations, accreditation, and logistics, depending on the level of involvement and alignment with our roadmap. Compensation terms are discussed individually and may vary based on the depth of engagement and scope of collaboration. We offer flexible structures — from fixed monthly compensation to performance-based bonuses, retroactive rewards, and token-based incentives.
