# For designers, illustrators

### **Illustrator (Web3 / Digital Culture):**

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Illustrator who can help refresh the visual identity of our platforms in connection with holidays, milestones, and key cultural events. Your primary task will be to develop themed illustrations and concepts that can be adapted across our digital surfaces — from social media and community platforms to banners, avatars, and temporary branding elements.

You’ll work closely with our graphic design team, offering them fresh ideas and sketches that they’ll help implement and format into final assets. Your input will shape how our project visually responds to important dates — whether it’s a subtle New Year redesign or a full Halloween rebranding. The work is focused, non-repetitive, and allows space for creativity and stylistic expression.

We’re also looking for illustrators with a strong 2D background and a good sense of mood, color, and composition. Ideally, your style is adaptable — playful when needed, clean and minimal when required — and you’re comfortable switching between themes without losing visual coherence. Experience with character design, simple motion graphics, or branding elements is a plus, but not required.

This position is remote and flexible — perfect for someone looking to contribute regularly without a daily grind. In most cases, your illustrations will be seasonal or campaign-specific, so deadlines are clear and spaced out. If you're a freelancer, we’re open to discussing a project-based model as well, with clear deliverables and fair rates.

We also occasionally develop experimental NFT concepts and digital collectibles. If you're interested in ideating or designing visual assets for these — whether it's limited art drops, mascot collections, or seasonal badges — we’re happy to explore this as a paid extension of your role.

The team will help you get started by adding you to the work chat, providing past assets, giving you timelines, and offering input as needed. You won’t be left guessing — but you will be trusted to own your work once you’re familiar with our visual language.

In terms of compensation, the monthly rate for a steady contributor typically ranges from $2,500 to $10,500+, depending on your experience, workload, and involvement in special projects. Freelancers or part-time illustrators can also work on a per-deliverable basis — we’re flexible as long as quality and communication are consistent.

This is a low-pressure but high-ownership role for someone who enjoys thoughtful design, seasonal creativity, and occasional bursts of Web3 weirdness. If that sounds like you — we’d love to see your portfolio.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $10,500 is not the final amount!**

### **Graphic Designer (Web3 / Brand & Product Visuals):**

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can take on the visual layer of our brand and communications — from layouts and social assets to product mockups and event materials. Your job will be to maintain aesthetic consistency across all public-facing surfaces, while also bringing in fresh visual ideas that reflect the evolving tone of the project.

The core of the role includes ongoing design support for our social platforms, internal documents, investor materials, presentations, event visuals, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with illustrators, content writers, and researchers — sometimes interpreting their work into graphics, other times leading with a visual idea that sets the tone. You may also be asked to refresh visual styles for specific occasions or micro-campaigns, or build new design kits for community activations and ecosystem partnerships.

You should be comfortable working with a wide range of visual formats — 2D design, layout composition, typography, iconography, simple motion or animation is a plus. An eye for structure, alignment, and brand logic is just as important as creativity. We care less about visual gimmicks and more about clear, confident, and flexible design that scales across contexts.

If you're familiar with Figma, Adobe tools, and other standard software — great. If you work in Procreate or Canva but consistently deliver clean results — also fine. What matters most is your ability to understand the brand, translate direction into visuals, and deliver files that are easy to implement.

This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule. You'll be added to the work chat and supported by the existing team during onboarding. We work asynchronously, but expect reliable communication and regular updates when deadlines are active. You’ll have the chance to gradually take ownership over entire design tracks, develop your own systems and templates, and help shape the visual identity of a growing project with long-term goals.

If you're also interested in experimental work — such as designing concepts for NFT drops, digital collectibles, on-chain interfaces, or interactive branding — we offer optional side tracks for that as well, with additional payment. We’re open to creative proposals.

Compensation is discussed individually and depends on your level of experience, workload, and involvement in design strategy. Junior Graphic Designers can expect approximately $3,200 to $5,000 per month. Middle-level designers typically range from $5,000 to $7,500 per month. Senior Graphic Designers earn between $7,500 to $12,000+ per month, depending on expertise and responsibilities. For freelancers, compensation is negotiated individually based on project scope and deadlines. We value fair, sustainable, and transparent working relationships that reflect your actual contribution.

**All salaries are negotiated individually! $12,000 is not the final amount!**

We’re not looking for someone to “fill a template.” We’re looking for someone who sees design as a living part of product and communication — and wants to grow alongside a team building across emerging tech, culture, and community.
